Shipping / Delivery Policy
Applies to purchases made on edu-optics.com.
1. Digital delivery only
All products sold on edu-optics.com are digital (PDF files). Nothing is shipped physically — no courier, no postal service, no printed materials arrive at your address.
2. How delivery works
After your payment is confirmed, we send an email with a secure download link that lets you download the ZIP archive containing your files.
3. Delivery time
The delivery email is triggered automatically and typically arrives within a few minutes of payment confirmation. In rare cases (payment provider delay, high traffic), delivery may take up to 24 hours.
4. Shipping cost
There is no shipping fee. Delivery is included in the product price.
5. Download limit
Each order allows up to two (2) downloads of the ZIP file. We strongly recommend downloading and saving a local backup as soon as you receive the link.
6. Where is my email?
If the email has not arrived within 30 minutes of payment:
- Check your Spam / Promotions / Updates folders.
- Confirm the email address you entered at checkout.
- Contact us at eduoptyka@proton.me with your order number and correct email address, and we will resend the link.
7. File issues
If a file fails to open, the ZIP is corrupted, or content is missing, contact us at eduoptyka@proton.me. We will supply a replacement file or a fresh link.
